Why it Matters

In Nigeria, slow learners are often left behind due to the absence of early screening tools and limited support within the classroom. This systemic exclusion not only hinders their academic development but also widens social inequality.

Our work directly supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) — by advocating for inclusive practices that ensure every child has the opportunity to learn and thrive. While the Nigerian National Policy on Inclusive Education exists, its implementation remains inconsistent, making our mission both urgent and necessary.
